Sustainability and environmental protection are not a trend, but a way of life. The most obvious measures that reflect our responsible handling of resources was the installation of a solar plant and a photovoltaics plant. We are reducing our CO2 emissions even further by means of correct heating, ventilation and cooling.

We are committed to our Carinthian roots and therefore use mostly regional and seasonal products in our kitchen. Waste prevention as well the use of natural materials for furnishing and cleaning are also key priorities.
